It focuses on development of residential and commercial premises. It also holds properties in Mumbai, Calcutta and is expanding its arms in the rural areas of Saurashtra.

Rural Development
The group is developing the rural area, a taluka named Jam Khambhalia in Saurashtra. The group has identified the potential of developing this area since the farmers in villages around consider it as the main business centre. The main focus is development of this rural area into commercial centers with better facilities and services to be offered to the farmers.
The properties developed with latest civil engineering facilities are earthquake resistant, have wider roads and amenities like lifts and basement parking areas which is first of its kind in these rural areas with, Luxury, Lifestyle, Location and Legacy - to create landmarks of exemplary quality and design, that conform to the highest standards of living & earning. The modern concept of malls is very well interpreted in a rural way at an affordable maintenance cost.

Our Accomplishments
The group started the first project with a mall known as Tejal Complex with 42 shops on the ground floor, 42 shops on the 1st floor and 42 shops on the 2nd floor i.e total 126 Shops approximately, in the main village centre. Ammenities like lifts, higher floor commercial spaces and basement concept are first of its kind in this area.
It has then continued to expand and have a bigger project in the main center of village known as Rajda Tejal Complex which is 5600 Sq Metres (approx) and developed 200 Shops on the ground floor and has constructed area on the 1st Floor for public serving organizations like banks and Insurance Companies etc. as per their requirements.
The project also has 7000 Sq Ft. basement to provide car parking. The main passage in the shopping center is 25 Feet and the internal passage is approx 18 feet wide which is double the space then it is usually provided in the Taluka like Jam Khambalia.
